No Electricity

Was out of electricity for 14 hours on Jan 4th. The kick in the balls was I had a new Generac installed 4 days earlier, but propane company couldn't come till a few days after the power outage!

Now I am looking forward to an outage to see what this generator can do.

The good news is you more than likely won’t experience a power outage again for some time.


Two years ago we were losing power weekly and eventually it pissed me off so much that I dropped thousands on a generator, interlock, and all accessories to run the whole house. I haven’t been without power more than 5 minutes since.

Similar story happened to me in 2019. I have used my generator more just to burn the gas through it then actually using it for the house.

Just tested and filled it up yesterday since winter is finally here.
