No love for the .40

good point by cadcom, why do people campare advanced 9mm ballistics to standard .40 ammo. are there not the same advancements for the .40? i find the recoil in my usp compact .40 to be very controllable. i do have big hands like that guy in the burger king commercial, maybe thats why

I have multiple pistols in 40 and 45. I love 45 but I reserve it for my 1911's. I have G27, G23, and a Sig 229 Elite also in 40. I am just as accurate with all of them except maybe for the 27... Either way, I guess what I am trying to tell yall is that I am an ODT addict now. Hahahaha. Thanks guys

Got 4 of them! Glocks have conversion barrels for them to 9mm so I have two calibers in one gun.

There's always the if you're going to get a .40 why not just go ahead and get a .45 argument. Which I don't get because .40 ammo can be had for just a bit more than 9mm, and you can still carry hi-cap mags. +p 9mm rounds might compare to .40 rounds, but they don't they make +p .40 as well?

only use a 40 if its ultra cheap. its my least favorite. unpleasant recoil = why not just shoot 45? 9mm is my choice nowadays due to price and advances in 9mm hp ammo.
