I would have been in favor of removing bump stocks from the site a long time ago. They are garbage.

Why ban selling bump stocks now?
If you own one, selling it is one of only two ways to avoid becoming a felon.
The other is destroy it.
What's wrong with letting people who don't want to be felons SELL them and ensure they're legal this coming spring?
What's wrong with letting the buyers become future felons, if that's what they want? If they want to play stupid games and maybe win a big stupid prize, that's all on them.
