I think auto correct messed you up, but it sounds like you are asking if you need an SBR stamp if you permanently attach a suppressor to your M92 to bring it to 16", the answer is no, you would only need the stamp for the suppressor.

Now you're getting into all those rules and things....I do not know the SBR rules.... adding a stock to a pistol... does that now make it a rifle and we have different set of rules? I am too old to learn
And the CNC M92 specifically states this is a "fake" suppressor. So maybe no Stamp needed

Yeah, no stamp needed for the one CNC is selling, it's a fake can just to bring the length up to 16". Same as a flash hider welded to a 14.7" AR barrel.
How can you find out if your dealer is on file with j&g ?

If you want to SBR it, then get it. You can get the Taiwan stock from AKBuilder, but this will not help you from a 922r perspective so keep that it mind as it will apply once you build a rifle. Or you can get the Manticore Arms stock which is US made, but it will not be the "correct" build part if you are going for the krink look.
Just to make sure I am thinking correctly, if I am going to SBR it I need to make it 922r compliment?
