I guess I’ve been lucky. On here for 12 years , got a pretty high feedback , and have only had one deal go south . Got a text at 5:30 in the morning , changed his mind . Had a guy waiting , gone at noon . That’s the worse I’ve had. I’ve had a couple I just blew off , but a couple that worked details out that helped us both . But lately I’ve seen a lot of BS !

Had to leave a negative Thursday.

Left my first one last Sunday after wasting about 30 miles and over an hour sitting in the Lane Southern Orchard parking lot waiting on a P11 deal that never showed. The guy already had one neg for the same **** and maybe 10 positives so I figured anything could happen. Meanwhile I've had better luck with guys with 2 negs even doing distance deals with shipping involved.

Yes he does. I waited a full day to leave it. At first I figured it only wasted MY time and gas so it wasn't a huge deal. But then the next morning I realized that the guy obviously doesn't take any of this seriously or give a **** about other people's time. If I had been the first one to get ghosted I probably would have let it slide since as I said at the time I needed my $150.00 I was gonna spend more than another 9mm. But the feedback ain't for me it's for everyone.

would it be out of line to ask a person that has zero.low feedback or a bunch of negs to send you a deposit before you meet.
its not just the newbies that will bail on a meet.
i guess this would only apply if you were selling.

No there are some more established folk that have issues with time and place agreements also but in my personal experience its been all newbies. And I would personally never ask anyone for any kind of deposit thats a major red flag in my opinion.

i agree i wouldnt either but if someone wanted me to travel then gas money comes into play.
i havent left a neg for anyone but they do get on my ignore list.

I was actually offered a deposit last week. Didn’t take it but nice offer nonetheless.
