Thats basically me too. Offhand supporting on the bottom. Thumbs tucked. I naturally came into that from rapid reloading mags. It might not be the proper technique, but it works for me.I cross my thumbs when I shoot. It's how I was taught in the early 80s shooting revolvers. It works with autos too. I like the "lock" it provides when I shoot. I've been told for many years I shoot "wrong" by locking my thumbs. I guess I'll stay wrong.
