Norinco 1911

Very hard steel. Made to milspec tolerances...They were used frequently by the better 1911 builders in days gone by because of their affordability, and longevity. Rumor has it that they were actually made from railroad track steel. But, as with any 1911, they have to be built right, or at least tuned by a knowledgable 1911 guy...
Remember when they first started sending them over here? Every gun magazine in the business was buying them a d using them as the base for custom jobs. They were right at the $300.00 mark. And even back then 92/93 damn near every other 1911 started around $500.00.
