It was imported by B-West, not built off of one of their U.S. recievers. I didn't know until just now that there was a difference, but I guess l got lucky there.

Yes, you dodged a bullet. As you probably discovered in your research, US receivered B-West rifles are notorious for improper or lack of heat treating. What you end up with are oversized hammer and trigger pin holes after very few rounds, which is no bueno.

Very cool rifle, indeed. I have the Polytech variant that I was lucky enough stumble upon here at ODT.

May I ask what GSAD variant you traded for it?

It was this GSAD Spiker. I didn't know that there was anything special about one GSAD over another.
