The legend of Norinco & Polytech

It's great to have goals and dream, but what happens once you finally get that last unicorn?
Better said, you realize you've finally reached an age where you know you won't be able to get your money's worth out of it. And anyone you leave it to will sell quick for pennies on the dollar. Just be happy with what you have and call it a day. A lot of peace in that

Come on Man, there are plenty of youths into the shooting sports who would relish having a cool piece in the collection.

Man the 1st rifle I bought when I turned 18 was a Navy Arms Cowboy Companion SKS with complete box & docs, little commie 2.75 scope....Wooden box for the entire kit....$250 out the door in ~2004... I felt like I'd captured it out of a North Korean pillbox. Me & my high school friends had _so much_ fun with that thing.

Alas, had to sell Her when I was in College, wish she was still with me.

I sold one for $880 in 2006. Doh!
Markets are wild... now the more I learn about shooting rifles, the more I like L1A1s with iron sights.

Just picked up an Arizona Response Systems Enfield L1A1 in new condition for $800. To think I could have four of those...for the price of a Chicom AKM....its a decision point, to quote GW Bush.

L1A1, all day, every day.

L1A1, all day, every day.
Always room for diversity
