What's an expected going rate of Norinco Green box 7.62x39mm going for?

I've seen as low as .60 per round and over dollar on the high end.

I have about 3K I might be looking to move. If it's not worth much more then regular steel case current production, I'm going to throw it into the rotation and shoot it.
