OK so I am going with the same thread new question does anyone know where I can find a original butt stock for the hunter series? I have looked but maybe there is a place I dont know of thanks guys....

Are you sure they weren't made as one off items by guys doing custom mods? I've never seen one. This guy did a conversion on his, and everything was a custom mod he did himself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5i2nsOyIm9g

If it was mine, I would hesitate to tig weld the slant cut receiver to fit the available Ace stock options.

I found this if it's not perfect I can modify it to work I am pretty decent with metal.

And it doesn't require any welding so it's not permanent. As long as I can make this work it should be cool.

Converting a Hunter is major surgery. That entire trigger group has to be replaced and relocated among other things. The receiver is not an AK receiver and is shaped more like a Galil.

Just did some measuring on my vepr and compared to my norinco this piece will not work I am going to have to make my own.
