North East GA Reloading get together.

I have to admit to being a little jealous of the Cartersville guys having a meeting for pros, newbies, and all those in between. Would have made the trip myself if scheduling allowed even 1.5 to 2 hours away.

Would love to see something similar in Athens, Gainesville, Gwinnett, or anything close. Sporting Arms in Winterville is top class, imo and those guys seem to know what they are doing. Not trying to make them volunteer but I'd love to see them evolved somehow.

Fwiw, I'm new to reloading (sort of) and would love all the advice I can get from people who know what the hell they are doing.

I would love to have a meet somewhere in the Athens-Gwinnnett area!

Currently I load .40, .44, and .32 SW. I would love to get some pointers on rifle loading, as I am interested in starting to load .30-06.

Great idea.It's a good time and learning experience for me and I'm sure NE ODT'ers would have a get together for learning and fellowship in the re-loading world.Talk to Passdaboolits for some pointers or Shrek,great guys.

everyone start by First buying some books on reloading and read them cover to cover several times before you buy anything,and then attend some of the meetings .then you will understand what the instructers are taking about ie COAL ,CUP, case prep,neck sizing,small base sizing.ETC Etc. you will use your books more than you think when you do start reloading.
