North East GA Reloading get together.

Any recommendation of what BOOK(s) is the better one to purchase? I'm in for rifle reloads.
Modern reloading 2nd edition by Richard Lee

Believe it or not, Youtube

Sign up over at brian eno's forums. Wealth of knowledge over there for specific equipment and all reloading techniques.

Get many reloading data books and always get the most current versions.
You will notice how almost all data varies between books. You'll have some figuring out to do, but its not so difficult.

Where it begins to get a little more difficult is when you start tailoring loads for certain rifles. Firing forming cases and neck sizing only instead of full length sizing, harmonic testing, optimum seating depth for ogive interaction, yadda yadda.

I'vew been reloading for 15 years or more. I'd be willing to pass on info and help get folks started.

Right now, without components, it's kind of hard to be of much help.

Pick a caliber and start buying/accumulating brass, primers and bullets. Even a hundred of each is a start.

Presses, dies, cleaning, trimming tools can come later.

A good start is the RCBS Rockchucker kit. It comes with everything needed to START except for dies, shell holder, tumbler and components.

On the cheap end, Lee stuff is adequate. It's not the best, but it works. You can buy a Less Classic for the price of a set of Redding dies alone.
