Back in 2013 two restaurants had Halal options. They never had this signage or a mandate that everything had to be Halal. They served it briefly as an option due to large Muslim populations in Michigan.According to someone I spoke with, devout Muslims don't eat fast food meats because they cannot verify the supply chain, This is a lovely photo-shopped sign
