Found this on NRA.org. Anyone else seen this? Not that it would surprise me if it wasn't being aired. After the video be sure to check out the thread where David Gregory is being investigated for possession of the magazine he presents during the interview. Glad to see he gets a taste of his own medicine. Who wants to bet a $50 P-Mag that it gets swept away?

I think the district (DC) has a real problem here. If they prosecute him, the mainstream media will have a field day demeaning them. If they don't prosecute him, they have just said to the public that it is OK to have a 30 round mag in DC; that they are not going to enforce the law.

Can one of the attorneys weigh in here on whether or not I am right and could the Video could be used in court as a defense for someone else arrested for having a 30 round mag?
