Odd Pet Peeves - What's Yours?

You and I know that "coke" is a generic term describing all carbonated flavored drinks but I was just making a point, lol. I had to explain that a few times when I was up north a while back.....
Haha. Yeah, and I really don't like any fruity tasting "coke," so feel free to call it soda.

People who ***** about me throwing a cig butt out the window of my truck. It's a freekin cig butt, made of natual materals, it will go away eventually. If they didn't, there would be a 6ft. mound of butts bordering the interstates. :)

Take a picture of the curb at the next exit ramp.... I'm sure you of all people appreciate the fires caused by idiots doing that too?

Disposal

Most cigarette filters are made from cellulose acetate. Depending on conditions, estimates for the time taken for them to degrade range from British American Tobacco's 1 month - 3 years,[SUP][3][/SUP] to 10–15 years.[SUP][8][/SUP]

This resistance to biodegrading is a factor in littering,[SUP][9][/SUP] environmental damage[SUP][10][/SUP] and suggested lung damage.[SUP][11][/SUP] In the 2006 International Coastal Cleanup, the number of individual cigarettes and cigarette butts collected amounted to 24.7% of the total number of garbage items collected, over twice as many items as any other category.[SUP][12][/SUP]

Just look on the ground at the next stop light.

I agree on the bike riders thing. Buddy of mine was turning right into a store and a bike rider tried to beat him and wound up on the hood of his truck. And my buddy got a ticket for failure to yield. What a crock...
I've been here before. In a right turn lane with a gore area to my right. As I turn, I get t-boned by some dweeb in a sub-compact bumble bee flying up the gore area... "failure to yield" WHAT!? Last time I checked, driving in a gore area can get you a "reckless driving "
Well, I guess there's my pet peeve.

Twits who take the last full cup of coffee from the pot, then look and say I don't have time to make a new pot cause I'm late to a meeting.

Same twits who complain because I like my coffee strong and they don't, then look stupid when asked if they think I can make my coffee stronger by adding some water? Now, I just grin and say that the person who makes the pot gets to decide what goes in it.

Bonus points, guess how I JUST remembered all this?

I'll guess later, I'm late to a meeting.
