I read an article stating that the ATF has the ODT in their sights. Primarily because weapons are consistently selling at a substantial discount below retail making them far too accessible for anyone with $50.00 in their pocket (well, at least for anything other than custom cerakoted and stippled Glocks with aftermarket trigger kits, those consistently sell for retail plus 40% at a minimum). Wouldn't be hard to do...LOL. I tend to only harass about those that can take it... The way your name gets tossed around I figure I've probably worn boots with thinner skin than you've got!

Be careful what you wish for...
The law was changed in the 'Bipartisan Safer Communities Act' passed a year or so ago which changed the definition of 'in the business'. The ATF says this rule reflects that change in the law.
Just one of many changes being codified in the new rule, but one that sticks out.
