ODT After 05/20 - A question for Okuma

you know me. I am 73 years old, do you really think I am going to let someone put their hands on me? I cant fight, I cant run so that leaves a very limited supply of what could happen and another thing, at my age you dont really give a ****.
Sheeeeeeit you say that but old man strength is nothing to be messed with.

I've skimmed over the "new rule" and watched many videos on it and for the life of me I can't see anything new, anything that wasn't already the case.

I see a lot of people who think before this rule you could only be considered a dealer if dealing was your main source of income, but now the rule changes it to include people that deal as a secondary source of income or something.

I don't know why they thought that was the case, but they were wrong. Anytime you buy a gun with the sole intention of selling it to someone else you are acting as a dealer, that's always been the case as far as I knew.

This is a anti-flipper rule change. I thought that's what you guys wanted?
Exactly.

Okuma Okuma We have plenty of threads discussing the upcoming "rule" change to who is considered a dealer. Similar to when the brace ban was set in motion, there were changes made to how braced firearms were listed across the classifieds, but I have not seen anything in regard to how this new BS is going to ACTUALLY change the landscape of ODT.

I think it would be wise for you or other staff members to address what this looks like so we can all make the best choice going forward and so the site traffic doesn't fall off.
There is a law suite filed yesterday
