Does it count if you're in a situation where lethal force is authorized? Like shooting the brain box, instead of center mass. That's almost as sure as you get to stop the threat. Or is it intent because I know they'll die from it rather than center mass?

Oh, I'm sure.....totally different scenario and I never said anything "bad", but that's why I changed my name to Tactical Beaver a while back....didn't want my now ex-wife to easily be able to find me on here.
