Since every weapon on the floor has to be zip tied I'm not sure why you would want to carry open or concealed but not my call.

If box has been opened they will sometimes. Most boxed ammo comes sealed from factory. Just glue or tape the flaps of the box down.
I have seen them not give a crap and I have seen them raise hell and reject it. It depends on where the guy working the door wants to “go with it” sometimes .
