ODT NFA tracker thread

Ok I'm starting to get a little worried that my paperwork got lost. I mailed it myself on June 5th and the check hasn't been cashed yet. Should I be worried? Any chance that if I called the BATF that they would even have a record of receiving it without having cashed the check yet?

Did you send it with a tracking number? If so does it show they Recieved it?

I sent one one the 6th and the 12th. Both have been cashed

No, I'm an idiot. I used the envelope / stamps that the gun shop prepared not even thinking of a possibility of it getting lost.

I didn't even think about that part of it; makes sense with the whole re-location piece of it. Although the rebate info actually went to an address out in Tempe, AZ; I'm guessing they're outsourcing all the promo stuff through a subcontracted company instead of trying to manage it in-house.

Regarding the ATF I would definitely call. They just cashed my last check in 4 days from the time I made the purchase, and they do not wait to cash those checks.

Regarding the AAC promotion, did you keep a copy? I seem to remember a 1-800 number on the form, and I can check if you do not have it. I sent mine signature required, and I got the signature confirmation back in about a week from sending it.
