efile form 1's still taking 6+ months? A buddy of mine got 3 stamps back last week; sd it was right at 3 months??? I'm waiting on another Form 1 that was efiled on 4/13/16. The longest I've had to wait the last 4 years has been 4 months to date.

Looking at the tracker chart, it looks like things from early March are starting to trickle in. But the trend for Form 1s is going to go screaming past 6 months and beyond with the curve in that line...

When did he file? I'm waiting on two from 3/25/16.

That was probably one where someone had a mistake on the first go around, and worked with Ted Clutter to get a new re-submission through the hoops quickly. It could also be someone mis-entering data. What I go by is where the data points are clustering.

I do too; Ted is pretty good with re-submissions. I haven't dealt with this personally, but I've heard really good things about his customer service.

My 1st can check was cashed on march 18, I'm hoping I'll have it in the next month or so. The other was cashed on June 2nd.........maybe Christmas?
