Paper is speeding up, eform is slowing down... I've got some paper form 5s that just came back before an eform 3. (same type of transfer)

Whys that ??

Because it's Monday.... The ATF works in mysterious ways. Just my observation.

As another guy said on arfcom, it's kinda like when you're at the grocery store on Friday at 530 and the cashier lines are real long and they open up a new lane. Fast for a minute, then slow again.

Just got back three stamps! Filed end of May last year and they came back yesterday.
