It's my understanding the ATF has been taking weeks to mail... QRF has assured they call the day it comes... so I can only assume this one rests with the ATF.

Form 4 submitted June 28. I called yesterday and it was pending. The lady said realistic wait times are at 8 -9 months. I dont know if she meant that is for things just submitted, or for me? Not sure, but either way, it sounds like it may be a minute.

Filed two form 4s in June and just curious about how long I have to wait for a response.

I have a form 4 from January 9th through QRF. ATF said it went pending April 15th... yes that's right 90 days before going pending. The very nice lady said not to call back until November and even then it might still be waiting.

That's absolutely insane..
