ODT NFA tracker thread

When is your next Nov date your waiting on? I'm waiting on a Nov 21

Nov, 28th. They cleared my Nov 11th back on the 18th of March. Last approvals I saw were 11/14 last week. Hoping that with the system offline they will just start dumping approvals on us but it doesn't appear to be the way it is going to go.

I have this sneaking suspicion that they are all just standing in a break room drinking king cobra all day today in WV. They obviously aren't answering the phone.

Gov't job- Mondays are for meetings about the preivous week and coffee. Tuesdays are for meetings about the current week. Wednesday afternoons are for working. Thursdays are for recovering from working on Wednesday afternoon. Fridays are for talking to coworkers about what you're doing over the weekend- until 2:00pm when everyone but the secretary goes home.

Why does it seem like nothing has been approved in the past 3-4 weeks since you've gotten your first stamp?

From Arfcom so take it for what it is worth

I spoke with a member of NFA branch today, who sounded like a 30 something guy with a little attitude. I was told if I had submitted my application and it's in SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS, it will continue through the process. The system has not been stuffed in a corner and forgotten, all applications will be worked on, and if you submitted in January you will see something in the May/June time frame. As for whether the site would be back up in the near future, I was told to submit a paper form, the wait would be shorter, he basically was telling me only a dumbass would wait for eforms to come back up.

I just called the NFA Branch. Guy on the phone told me that everything that was already submitted is still good to go and being processed, but to expect turnaround times to be out to 6 months now.
