How longs is taking from approved to in hand?

I have a form 4 approved 4/13/20 and dealer just called today to say paperwork is in, so 23 days for me. Sounds like average is 3-4 weeks.

called 4/15/20 pending not assigned.

Update: Approved 5/1/20
Now just waiting on the call.

damn, I hope I'm right behind you. I have 2 cashed 11/15 and 11/16. called today, still pending.

So 242 days and 237, they said allow up to 45 days to receive stamp though. Is that now the norm?
