So I just got a delayed status on my first suppressor. I called the ATF to check because today is day 188(The current wait time posted on their website) the lady told me its in a delayed status.

What does this mean realistically? Is there anything I can do?

It means they're waiting on FBI to do a background check. Nothing to worry about. It means someone looked at it and it was moved to the next step. Actually good news. Mine sat as pending for 8 months. That means they were just sitting waiting for an examiner to look it over.

Damn broad at the ATF told me June submissions were 6-8 months, I'm about to be at 9 months at the end of this month!!

Eform 1 and 4 from early May. Still waiting on FBI background. It's so close yet so far. Both sat at pending until December or early January. That's some BS. Sitting without being touched for 8 months.

That scares me..... I haven't got an approval email, so Monday I'm sending in the release forms to my congress woman! Luckily Shes pro 2A! So hopefully it'll go fast!
