All while eforms is "shut down."

Did you get an email or something? Do you have to wait for efile to come back up so you can print your form and take possession?

New to e file, only had paper form before which was just mailed to my FFL

I'm thinking it is a software approving them unless one gets kicked back for review or such. These last 2 do not have a real persons name and signature just "Authorized NFA Division Official" under who approved it.

The one that I got approved a few weeks ago has the same thing. Apparently its been happening for over a month according to r/NFA page

Yes, they E-mail E-form approvals to you and the SOT.

They Email a copy of the stamp and all that?

You can print from your eforms account I believe. My SOT's have always had a copy printed out for me to take with me.

Yep, it'll come through as a PDF attached to the approval email. You can then save anywhere you'd like and print as many copies as you need.

Looks like I will have to wait until E-forms are back up. Today was the one year mark for me.
