Truth be told, I don't think it's going to be that long....as NWS has already said, there's got to be a pretty big disparity between paper and eforms during the time that eforms were up and running.....so while everybody was filing eforms, nothing was on paper - so once that eform backlog gets cleared, i think paper is going to start flying!
