ODT NFA tracker thread

Did your FFL file for you or did you file for yourself? My FFL filed for me and told me I just have to wait for the email nothing they can do.
Well, My last can was approved and an email was never sent. I bugged my FFL and they logged in their atf efile login and it had actually been approved a month or two earlier
May not be helpful in your situation but fyi
I agree that this could be helpful. ATF sent my approval via email and my LGS saw it, too, after I called them and they confirmed on their end as well.

4 months is an eternity, but there could be a reason for it. I heard of a guy who submitted before Christmas and is still waiting. Absolutely no clue why he’s not been approved yet either, but 7 months on an eForm 4 is wild.

My last can took almost a year but that was a few years ago when that was the norm. Sorry that this is so far out of my normal wheelhouse of fine vintage collectables, but what is a SS dealer? and where can I call into? The number i used to call before is just a recording and you can't get a human on that number. The FFL did the filing for me and I did get the e-mail verification from eforms@ atf.gov the same day. They claim to not have a login any more than I do and I find that hard to believe. They say they don't have a number to call either. My local FFL that I have used before "Quite Riot" has a kiosk and I am never buying without one again. They just didn't have either of the ones I wanted in stock and didn't know when they would.
For anyone else like myself that has not been to Grove gun and pawn for a few years, I was blown away by the new store. Over 5000 guns in stock in beautiful displays in a big beautiful store. Unfortunately I wasn't real impressed with the staff and that is of course going downhill.

This is the number I used to call.

SS = Silencer Shop, you're likely from the same general area as me, Quiet Riot is a Silencer Shop Dealer which is why they have the kiosk. Grove Gun and Pawn however is not. The thing is, when you have a specific suppressor you'd like and you are working with a shop that has a Silencer Shop kiosk, you aren't limited to what they, or Silencer Shop has in stock. You can order off gunbroker for instance and utilize the kiosk/store to use SilencerShop's form 4 system. Mammoth Arms in Griffin and Quiet Riot in McDonough are your best bets for easy Form 4 transfers. And unlike Grove Gun and Pawn the customer service is better.

Suggestions Please. So what do you do when it's been 4 months EForm-4 and still nothing. The guys at Grove Gun and pawn are no help and said you just have to wait. They also said I can't cancel my order. Does anyone know if that is correct?
What if it is 8 months or 18 or 28? Any advice would be appreciated.
Not sure if this is an actual thing you can do or not, but I have heard of people contacting their congressional representative to inquire about it, I have heard this can help but have never had to do it.

Form 1 Trust (my second NFA purchase!) for my SBR conversion of my PS90 by Shaw Armament Systems:

Submitted/Certified eForms on 6/2 PM (Monday)
Approved on 6/6 AM (Friday)

My original Form 1 was rejected after almost 2 weeks due to an issue with my trust, so redid it and got approved in 4 days!

Quickest I have received a form 4 was 11 months. That was eform individual submitted May 2023 received April 2024. What I found was that it sat without being touched from May until sometime late December or early January. Someone finally looked at it and got it moving. I just submitted another eform 4 individual a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully this one will move a little faster.
