Form 4 Friday baby! Another one on the loose. eFiled 10/1/22. 9 1/2 months almost on the nose. SMH.

That’s what I thought. He said everything looks fine just hasn’t been assigned to and agent yet.
I submitted an eForm 4 Trust on 11/14/2022, and I exchanged an email with an ATF staffer on Wednesday to clarify a point on the application, so she was processing it this week. She indicated that she can't sign off until the FBI gets back with their check, but she said that as long as I came back clean, she'd probably be completing the application by this time next week.
So, just coming up to 250 days.

The agent reached out to me personally by email.
The ATF is really inconsistent when it comes to foreign nationals. At the moment, I have a British Passport, and am a citizen of the United Kingdom, but "Britain" is no longer valid as the passport issuer, it's "England". So they reached out to have that squared away. I decided to broaden the scope of the discussion and she was (surprisingly) communicative, but it was clear that she could only answer that question because she was the agent processing the specific form.
Posted my list here on 7-18-23. Filed 3 Form 1’s . efile . Got one approved today . Actually got the email 6:36 AM this morning . 27 days , filed individual . 2 more to go !
