ODT NFA tracker thread

Eform 4 individual certified and submitted on November 4, 2024
Approved: January 18, 2025

73 days.

I have a friend that submitted eform 4 individual on Friday 12/6 and got it back on Monday 12/9. He did another one on Wednesday, 1/15 at 5:00pm and got the approval email on Thursday, 1/16 at 7:00pm

Another friend that submitted eform 4 individual for his first suppressor on 12/23 and got the approval email on 12/27.

I’ve requested my representative to work to remove suppressors from the NFA. Doubt that will gain any traction since it’s essentially a fair tax cash cow for the Gov.
Must be some kind of outlaw.....73 days! :ballchain:

62 days and counting on an e-form 4 individual........ Bought and e-filed a Nomad-30 on November 21st. At that time, the ATF website said it was a 28 day average wait time. It now says it's a 20 day average wait......

So here’s a new one- submitted three cans in December. Trust form 4. Submitted a fourth Jan 18th. Same trust.

Just got approval for the can submitted Jan 18th. (8 days!) Nothing on the other three. Same trust, shop, SS.

I had heard they tend to batch approve them and had hoped the later one might get approved with the others but was surprised to see the email for the later one and not the earlier ones. lol.

FYI I was able to get a reply from the ATF about this. Somehow my two submissions didn't have the same info (SSN) but one tidbit was that the "single submissions" line was shorter so they tend to approve quicker than the "batch submission" line, hence why mine was taking longer to approve. I sent in three cans in one submission and then a fourth a couple of weeks later.

So if you want the fastest approval, only buy one can and wait for it to be approved before you submit more. lol. My solo can was approved in 7 days.
