Do a eform 4 through your dealer, not using silencer shop, as an individual for the fastest approval. 50 hours on my last one.FYI I was able to get a reply from the ATF about this. Somehow my two submissions didn't have the same info (SSN) but one tidbit was that the "single submissions" line was shorter so they tend to approve quicker than the "batch submission" line, hence why mine was taking longer to approve. I sent in three cans in one submission and then a fourth a couple of weeks later.
So if you want the fastest approval, only buy one can and wait for it to be approved before you submit more. lol. My solo can was approved in 7 days.
