Got the 4473 filled out, signed and done. Silencer Central is now reaching out to CLEO for my city, so I still have a bit of time left before it ships, will update, as I’ve had some questions about the process for mailing a can.

If I'm not mistaken all they have to do is send notification to CLEO. No approval or interaction is required. It's more or less a courtesy notification.

Re-filed an e-form4 today, 102 days after filing it the first time. 24 days after having it denied, wrongly, from the NICS check. Now to see how long it takes this time…… Plus, had to pay the tax stamp again, and I’m still waiting on the refund from the first time…..
