I think you may be jumping ahead (I hope I am are wrong) My two stamps that went pending a couple days after your mail dates just got approved Thursday of Last week. I have a can that went pending on your check cash date that I am still expecting to be two weeks out, especially given the time frame I have to work with based on my own items. Who knows though, maybe I am wrong. I will call and see where my form 4 is tomorrow and let you all know.

Just going off what my dealer told me. He said he sent in my form for correction and it should be back soon

For what it's worth, I've got two that were mailed end of October. Checks cashed Nov 7 and I'm still waiting. And tring not to think about it. Why do I keep checking this section of the ODT?!?

If you sent back for corrections than I would say you are spot on! I did not get a chance to call today. You should be this week or next. Very exciting.

8 months is for the people who submit after January. I don't think they got the rush till end of feb when they were threating gun control and income tax refunds came home. I sent my form 4 in feb and it took 6 weeks to go into pending so additional 1 month.

No, I don't call them. I figure the less time they spend answering then phone the faster they'll get paperwork done right?!

Just called... still awaiting approval from my November 20 pending.

I went pending on 12 /10. Received my form 1 back in the mail for an error status. I abbreviated the info in 4h. Instead of typing out ABC Revocable Living Trust, I used "ABC Trust". Oh well, it was worth a shot. Sending it back in today.
