Sweet. I had an SBR go pending on paper somewhere around that time.

Update from me.
Got one back that I signed on 8/5/13 as well as a bunch of Julys. I only have one more trust F4 also signed on 8/5, then I switched over to all electronic. So at least they are caught up to the beginning of eforms for me.
Also just got a can in from TBAC that was EF3 approved 4/4, just ahead of the shutdown.

Yep. All we know is what was posted on the site. We've been told nothing and no one at Nfa is saying anything.

They're back to under a week cashing checks. The big pack I sent last week all got cashed yesterday.

Did anyone else get the update email today? I'm still not clear on what's happening with eform 3 & 4's.

Forms 3 and 4 will not be processed on the currect EForms system, they are working to put a new and improved one in place to handle that volume. Form 6 and 6A will be available immediately on the EForms followed by Form 1 and all the others except 3 &4.

I had no desire to SBR a lower myself but I just might do a Form 1 on one.
