Right, but how are in-process eform 3&4's being prioritized and processed?

The letter did not state. Previous comments from the ATF have said eforms already filed are in process, and they are saying 6 months.

No one knows whats really going on. I doubt if the ATF will say that theres a problem since they have peoples money but for some reason there haven't been any approvals, save 1 or 2, since the site when down.

Yeah, the lack of activity and information just gives me that uneasy feeling. Like my 2 forms just fell into a black hole.
