Don't put a lot of faith in anything. I have a F3 to F3 transfer that hasn't moved at all. It was submitted back in August of 2013. Still waiting on that one.

All I can say is " I am glad we are starting to see some stamps coming back again."

I filed a Form 1 in Jan. and expected 3-4 months. Oh well, still better than 9.
