Whatcha get denied for? The notary at the Macon courthouse denied mine bc my signature didn't match what was on the lisense. Dumbest thing I'v ever heard. had two other photo I.D.'s on me and they still wouldn't stamp it.

Me and my dad have a family name and he is jr and I'm III and because he signed the organ donor portion of his id with his nickname and not his official name. Went to the ups store and the lady called the guy a 'tard and said lots if people have problems with him.

I sure wish eforms would come back. I'm 2 months into an octane 45 now and would much prefer to not paper file the two form 1s I want to do
