is there a way to check on-line before they reject it?

I just pulled up my pdf copy from February. I noticed a few fields that were blank when I submitted it. Can anyone tell me if they had similar issues and if their form 1 was approved or denied?

Box 4h - blank - I input the engraving info, nothing in the field

4j - reactivated? Neither box is checked

Box 10 - criminal background questions - all unchecked - I don't remember it ever giving me the option to mark these.

I pulled mine from late March last night. Nothing in reactivated, so I went back through the weapon dialogue and it never seemed to ask.

I think the criminal stuff is automatically blank because I clicked trust or corporation. Don't remember what 4h is.

Thanks, that makes me feel a little better. 4h is the additional information field where you normally disclose how you will engrave the lower. Ex: Trust Name, City, St

Box 4h is unnecessary and can only hurt you. I have approved forms that I left 4h blank on. No worries there.

Box 4j it doesn't ask you because it doesn't apply to you. It should be blank.

Box 10 etc. As you are doing a trust route, this doesn't apply to you.

Correct. They will approve with nothing in that field, however they can and will deny if you put information in that field that isn't correct. I believe it is better to leave it blank and have had mine approved leaving it blank.

You've got that right! My first form 1 was delayed due to a typo in 4h. I knew that they used to overlook it, but I wasn't sure if they would with eforms. Sounds like I'm good to go. Thanks guys!

Your good. Those boxes are for people filing as an individual. Eforms doesn't ask you about them because an individual cannot use eforms.
