So, is it safe to assume that this only applies to eforms?
No clue. Mine were all eform.
Hmmmmm.....if it does apply to paper forms (which it probably won't), and this continues as it did to you (again, knowing my luck, it probably won't), I could potentially have a paper form 4 in less than 30 days!
The actual submitted/approved days for all 8 of my eforms are as follows.
Form 1 Submitted 11/11 Approved 3/18 128 days
Form 4 Submitted 11/29 Approved 5/1 154 days
Form 1 Submitted 12/28 Approved 5/18 142 days
Form 4 Submitted 2/5 Approved 5/18 103 days

Form 4 Submitted 3/8 Approved 5/18 72 days

And with that I am done. I don't have the heart for this waiting game which is why I did 8 all at the same time. I should be good for a while.
