Its about someone else. They disapproved one of his for who knows why. Form is correct and complete, and he had 2 others go in the same day and they got approved. At least the head honcho is doing something about it. He said he would personally get to the bottom of it.

All my interactions with Mr. Clutter have been positive. He seems like he is trying his best with what he has to work with.
