I made a call and sent an email... That may have helped.
Here's the story. They disapproved my 6/30/14 submission because I chose 7.62x39, which is an option. Disapproval said I can't submit a caliber with a letter in it. I resubmitted, made a call, and sent the ATF an email from my firm email and it was approved next day.

Eform form 1s are in the end of June approvals. I haven't said anything because I didn't want to jinx my June 24th pending. Hoping to cash in on batch approvals again I put in another form 1 last night for a SBS 870.

No pics. It's a M92 pistol. I just bought the parts to take over to Dobbs for machining and engraving.

So did you wind up getting approved with 7.62x39 on the form?
