I was hoping for the ability to hunt with my suppressor, check cashed in mid March. Seems like the times are stretching out now. Got another in early May, I really not expecting it til after the first of the year......

Form 1 SBR with a trust. I say again, WITH A TRUST:
Filed and accepted March 15th.
Approved today, August 31st.
To say one more time, this was a form 1 on a Trust.

I bought my Dead Air last Thursday and due to not signing all of the forms I just got my check and Form 4 with a trust in the mail this morning. I may get to shoot tree rats with it next season, DANG!!!!

5 1/2 months isn't bad all things considered. I just called to check on one of my Form 4's that went pending Feb 19th and it's still in pending status.
While on the phone I was told that next month they will be releasing new estimated approval times. From what I gathered it will be longer than the current 6 month time.

Yep, the recording on the status line now says if it has been less than 6 months, call back after. I will say they are very polite on the phone.
