Um, after 30 days, they can request a reissue of the stamp from the NFA-ATF

I've sent him a couple PM's, says he'll call me when he see's it !!
The nice lady at NFA says if he doesn't have it to call immediately, I passed that along to him.

It is. The general rule is that if 30 days has elapsed since approval date and you haven't received the stamp yet, you can call the ATF and they will send out a duplicate to the dealer. At least that was the rule before the 41F load rolled in.
