Why would the wait time be any less for one than for a trust or individual? Do they pay more for their stamps than everyone else?Silencershop.com tracking is showing only 2 months wait on stamps transferred to a corporation. Can that be true? I
hope so, since I've always purchased mine thru my LLC.

What I am say is that they are the ones (government) that created the backlog due to the rule changes. Any frigging idiot should have been able to predict that the volume of applications would increase with the rule change that was made. Fact is, they could not care less how long it takes you to get your tax stamp because they have your $200 and you get to wait. They answer to no one with respect to how long it takes them to get it back to the applicant because you are not going to go anywhere else.Well,,,,,,,, there was kind of a flood of applications pre 41F....as in silencer shop sent over $2,000,000.00 worth of submissions in just one day....and the ATF didn't add a whole lot of staff to process all of that and the rest of the flood of pre 41F submissions....jus sayin....
