I have been rolling mine for a few decades. Have had hundreds of friends, relatives, acquaintances, ect., ask to sell/give ammo.
Always have turned them down. Just too much liability.
I never knew the statute law before but that is good....gives me another excuse to say no.

According to the statutes you need an FFL and also ITAR licenses to sell ANY ammo componets or ammo that you manufacture.
