ODT smartphone app?

I use the Android version. Perfect except for 2 things.

1. You can't see peoples feedback.
2. You used to be able to see their location by clicking on their avatar. That seems to have been disabled.

If I am doing something wrong, somebody please let me know.

I hate that you can't see polls either.

I still have the old ODT app on my android and it seems to work just fine. I use Tapatalk most of the time instead, but hate that it doesn't show locations in the classifieds or let me check them in profiles.

When i click on the link from my phone, it usually throws a dialogue box that informs me that this site has an app for android OS and gives me the option to download it.

I'd guess that 9 times out of 10 that popup is actually for tapatalk, you can use the one app to access any forum on their network. I disable the popup for our site because I find it annoying personally.

Found it on google play for $2.99. I may try it out. All the reviews are pretty good for it. Does anyone use the android version for ODT?

Works great

MODs, 2013 is here. 11 1/2 months left of this year, We would love to have the app do exactly what the site does on a computer. I have an old smart phone so I have the OTD app. My app I have works ok. Is there a chance we can get the ODT app updated so we cane send and check emails, IM and check IM's. My number is 706-580-3982 please call me or IM me. Id like to know...

Maybe we should just get a dedicated app. As much as I like free stuff, make it a paid app. The amount of time I'm on here on my phone, it'd be well worth it even if it was $5.00

If tapatalk did not exist I would definitely pursue this, but since tapatalk does a pretty good job already I just don't think it is worth the time, money, and headache of dealing with the android store, the itunes store, and an app developer, not to mention it would cost a fortune to have it made and then every time we updated anything it would cost more to make the app compatible.

Some sites use OutdoorHub but I think it's just a free derivative of Tapatalk.
