Off the shelf steak marinade - who can recommend a good one?

Well, the marinade I have used for years has seemingly disappeared from shelves and online. "JL Kraft Marinade in a bag" was the stuff I baptized rib eyes in for years. It was awesome. Now it is seemingly gone forever for some reason. Does anyone have a source for a solid beef over the counter marinade? I would prefer to buy it by the gallon if possible. (Allegro and Stubbs are out - no desire for either of thise.)

I dig Goya brand Mojo on pork and chicken. It's not bad on steaks.

I use Johnny Fleeman's when I need a quick marinade. Comparatively low sodium even compared to Dale's Low Sodium.

Kosher salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil. If its prime meat that should be all you need.

This ^ but get the green label, low sodium. The red is almost inedible salty.

I used to just be a "salt and pepper dry brine" steak guy. I now only use Montreal Steak. Cover both sides, leave - uncovered - in fridge over night.

Same here. I’ve used it on turkey burgers (my wife loves them) and it makes them taste much better.
