If we just do S&P on steaks, we grill them med rare, then put a pat of butter and a sprig of fresh thyme on them and close the grill lid for 30 seconds and let the butter melt and flare up on purpose. I like the Peach Bourbon from Kinder tooI'm usually a salt, pepper, olive oil kind of guy. KISS. I've been using the Kinders The Steak Blend lately. It's good flavor without overwhelming the flavor of the meat. Kinders has a ton of really good products. View attachment 7584842
